5. The machine can store hundreds of groups of freeze-drying process, each group can set 48 segments of freeze-drying data, and configure USB communication interface, experimental data U disk one-key extraction.
6. The vacuum pump start temperature can be preset, and the vacuum pump can be started effectively when the temperature is lower than the set temperature, prolonging the service life of the vacuum pump.
7. The drying chamber adopts colourless and transparent drying chamber, with high transparency, strong airtightness, clear and intuitive samples, and the whole process of freeze-drying can be observed.
8. With cold trap electric heating defrost function, shorten the waiting time for secondary use.
9. The connection between the vacuum pump and the main unit is made by the international standard KF quick connector, which is simple and reliable.
10. The partition adopts 36V safety voltage heating method, intelligent temperature rise is more stable, safer, more accurate temperature control, and the partition heating has over-temperature protection function.
11. The temperature sensor has a calibration function to ensure the accuracy of the measurement value for long-term use.
12. Real-time alarm function and historical alarm query function, convenient for equipment fault investigation machine maintenance.
