2. The patch cords are factory-terminated, assembled, tested, and inspected prior to shipment.
3. All patch cords are manufactured using OFNR riser grade cable, LSZH, plenum, and premium customized specs available upon request. They are 100% factory tested to ensure the performance to meet TIA/EIA-568-8-2, ISO 11801:2002, and EN 50173-1 standards. All assemblies are tested to meet Telcordia GR326-CORE.

A: Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy it or provide you with better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions (thickness, length, height, and width). A CAD or 3D file will be made for you if you place an order.

A: As the product is customized and needs to be produced, we will charge sample cost, but if the sample is not more expensive, we will refund the sample cost after you place mass orders
