Customized Multi-Phase Flow Metering (MPFM)
YQSJL-YN-Multi-phase (Oil, Gas, Water) Measuring Device is deigned and used for improving production management of oil/gas well, decreasing the extraction cost especially manual operation and provide the basis for decision making.Working theory
Gas from mixed medium will get separated from liquid by go through gas-liquid separating unit, and then gas be measured by ultrasonic gas flowmeter and liquid by coriolis mass flowmeter, which would get the online detection data of gas, liquid, oil, water, etc. After processed by the PLC controlling unit, the signals become report, curve or data log of liquid, oil percentage, water percentage, gas percentage, etc.
The system has TFT display to show real-time status, and it can also be equipped with remote communication with internet.
