Multi-station(6-8) Cabinet PU Foaming Machine by Straight Line
Product Summary & Main Parameters:
The foaming line consists of pre-heating oven, power roller line, 90° turning device for going into cabinet(includes recognizing cabinet), double-direction carrying system(can include automatic charging Nitrogen device), foaming fixtures, automatic filling system, lifting & panning device for moving out cabinet, outer mold water-heat system and pneumatic system, electrical controller system, etc.

1. This line operates by straight line design,
2. All models of fixture use the way of water-heat,
3. They have automatic blocking foam function,
4. Using cylinder or manual driven linkage mechanical,
5. Manually control & double electrical self-block function,
6. Adjustable for cabinets of different length, width, height.
