The 4-axis version of the DY-2013 features high rigidity and precision. Its' fuselage and base are made of high quality and high hardness materials, with excellent fuselage structure, the rigidity and stability of the whole machine is very high. The head group is a heavy - duty box structure with reinforced internal ribs and high rigidity. The machine is also equipped with high speed and high performance spindle, which can not only meet the requirements of finishing but also achieve low speed heavy cutting.
The bed and worktable of the machine are made of high strength cast iron and resin sand. X-axis guide rail adopts heavy load guide rail support structure, and the position and number of high-load sliders are reasonably arranged on each roller linear guide according to the mechanical principle, so that the machine tool can obtain high rigidity and long-term stable accuracy.
This machine can be selected 4 axis or 5 axis version base on your processing requirements.
