The pleat making machine without computer, it works by 3 types of gears and 3 types of blades. Blade moves by machine direction and transverse direction to produce over 30 kinds of pleat pattern through changing blade and pleat size.
3 blades are straight blade, wavy blade and shape like bamboo leaf (also fir). When different blade works, user must choose according gear. With special skill, we are able to make bamboo leaf pleat pattern with straight blade.
