Our machines are used to roll all kinds of ice cream cones, wafer cones, sugar cones, egg rolls and other cookies; we can change the mold to produce different shapes of cones and cookies.
The machine consists of a 260 x 240 mm baking pan made of high quality ductile iron. Each baking pan can be made into two cone plates. This machine is suitable for making flat sugar cones less than 120 mm in length. Taper, weight, thickness and pattern spacing can be customized according to customer requirements. The machine is driven by three-phase power supply, the oven is heated by gas (natural gas or liquefied gas), electric heating and ignition, and the oven temperature is displayed electronically. The production capacity is very strong, and it is fully automatic from spraying, baking, forming, falling mold, conveying products, stacking and counting.

1. Batter Tank and Pump System: Double walled to keep batter temperature stable. Steel sleve included. Backflow valve stop batter to release from doser while adjustable. doser help control the wafer size.
2. Gas leaking Detector: Detecting gas leaking for higher safety standard.
3.Gas system: Auto ignition system is installed. Special design nozzle system to give clear blue flames and increase energy efficiency. Universal burner allow LPG, natural gas and some other type fuel.
4.Gas system:Imported Gas System parts. various choice, he touch screen panel can control the fire volume directly.
