Q:Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A:We are a manufacturer with over 20 year experience.
Q: What's the warranty period?
A: One year from the shipping date.
Q:Do you provide free samples ?
A:For the first cooperation, we need to charge the sample and freight cost. And ship out in 3-5 working days after test. Sample cost will be returned once you place bulk order.
Q:Do you accept small quantity for trial order?
A:We accept small quantity for trial order to support your business. But please be advised that it could be difficult to be arranged on our peak season.
Q:What is the lead time ?
A:Sample: 3-5 working days after payment.Bulk order: 15-45 working days, please confirm case by case.
Q:What is your payment term for bulk orders ?
A:We can accept 30% T/T in advance, balance against the copy of B/L Or L/C at sight.
Q:How do you ship the goods?
A:DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, Airline, Train,and sea shipping also optional. You can also send your shipping agent to pick up the goods.
Q:Do you accept private label on product ?
A: Acceptable for bulk order at least 500-1000 pcs. If less, confirm case by case.
Q: Do you accept color box packing when quantity is below MOQ ?
A: Most of our items are with free white gift box. We can make color box, but the cost of the printing plate fee will be included in unit price.
