1. Product UsageThe AFT-DON-ZEN-OTA 7 in 1 immunoaffinity column can absorb the total Aflatoxin(AFB1, AFB2, AFG1, AFG2), deoxynivalenol (DON), zearalenone(ZEN) and Ochratoxin A(OTA) in the sample extraction when the sample solution get through this immunoaffinity columns. It can enrich and purify four kinds of mycotoxins. Compared with the single immunoaffinity column, it has the advantage of improving work efficiency and saving cost. The purified extraction can also be detected simultaneously by the same analytical method.
2. Test Principle
The AFT-DON-ZEN-OTA 7 in 1 immunoaffinity columns is based on antigen-antibody reaction technology that the AFT-DON-ZEN-OTA monoclonal antibody is attached to the in-column gel medium. AFT-DON-ZEN-OTA in the samples was extracted, filtered and diluted and then the sample extraction was slowly passed through the AFT-DON-ZEN-OTA immunoaffinity column. In the immunoaffinity column, AFT-DON-ZEN-OTA combines with antibody, after that add wash solution to remove the unbound impurities. Finally, AFT-DON-ZEN-OTA is eluted by methanol and acetic acid for assay.
