ZYT1200/95-35 oilfield membrane separation nitrogen device EMU (hereinafter be called device for short) is suitable for natural gas of oil &gas filed, petroleum development, down hole special operation in process of production, pipeline purging, replacement of natural gas and pressing & washing well, drilling operation and so on.

After being compressed to 2.5 MPa by air compressor, the environment air enters into compressed air handling system. After being removed water, removed dust, removed oil and heated in the compressed air handling system, the compressed air is dry, clean, constant temperature and high quality. The high quality compressed air is through separating gas pipeline, then, evenly enters into every group of membrane assembly to separate nitrogen -oxygen, the separating rich oxygen air is into the atmosphere, and the desired purity, dry, clean nitrogen enters into nitrogen adding pressure system, after being added pressure, it is used for the users. The operation of every part has two kinds of working methods: situ monitored and centralized monitored. The completing device is installed on the two heavy duty off-road chassis, mainly includes the followings:
