Product Model:HS-SP100
Not only applicable in PVC modification,PP modification, PE modification, ABS modification, PS modification, but also can be used in the UPVC Plastic building materials,wire and cable sheath, FRP and so on;Can manufacture tires, hose, belt,oil seal and automotive accessories and so on rubber product.
Function and Features:HX-SP100 Series products are used in Plastics, can effectively increase the material rigidity ,toughness and flexural strength; In higher quantity of fillings can also increase several times of toughness;After activation treatment of its surface, with good solubility with resin,with stable melt strength and product size, improves product surface finish; Can replace parts of the expensive filling material and modified agent, dosage of reducing resin, thereby reducing product cost,enhance market competitiveness. In rigid PVC products, gets shorter time for melting gel and improve impact strength in low temperature and eliminate chromatography, improve surface finish and gloss. In PVC soft products, enhance toughness, improve the finish, whiteness, anti-aging, in PP/HDPE products, improve the impact strength, yield strength, elongation at break.
HX-SP100 Series products for NR, Br, SBR rubber,make rubber easily mixing, easily dispersed and soften mixed glial smelting , improve the extrusion processing performance and model mobility; Smoothen rubber surface, elongation, tensile strength is high, small permanent deformation,good bending resistance performance, good resistance for high tear strength, to substitute or replace most of the carbon black and white carbon black, provide a good reinforcing material for light colored rubber products.
