1.The impact on the cardiovascular system
Bakuchiol can also enhance the cardiac contractility of guinea pigs and rats, excite the frog heart, and combat lactic acid induced frog heart failure. The increase in myocardial oxygen consumption is not significant, but it improves respiratory quotient, has little effect on myocardial oxidative phosphorylation, glycogen, and lactate, and therefore does not promote anaerobic metabolism in the myocardium. 2.Antibacterial effect
