Natural Lycopene Powder 10% is a dark red free-flowing powder, manufactured with spray drying adopting the advanced microencapsulation technology.The individual particles containing natural lycopene (obtained by fermentation from Blakeslea trispora) are finely dispersed in the matrix of carbohydrate. all-rac-"-tocopherol is added as antioxidant.
The lycopene crystalloid meets all requirements of the relevant monographs of JECFA, FCC and E
160a (iii), when tested according to these compendia.
As a coloring agent and a nutrient for food such as fast food, baking food, drink, jelly, confectionery
and dairy products, also suitable for manufacturing tablets and hard-shell capsules
