Brief introduction:
The double hull tender sized from 360cm to 850cm, we call Bass boat. Bass boats are made of 3mm-4mm thick powder coated marine grade aluminum for boat hull and 1100 Dtex pvc fabric or 1.0mm hypalon fabric for inflatable tube. The boat hull has luxury design with rear seats. From BB520 to BB850. Boat has fuel tank and reinforced keel. Optional accessories are available

Specification:
Character of our aluminum rigid inflatable boat
1. We use marine grade 5052 or 5083 aluminum sheet and each batch is thoroughtly tested.
2. Each boat has powder coat not paint, including acid bathing, special priming ,coating and baking to ensure best finishing.
3. We have professional welders with at least 5 years experience to complte the assembly of the hull
4. For inflatable pvc tubes, we could supply both hand glue and thermal welding technology
5. Hypalon tubes are hand glued by experienced crafsmen who have to first grind every scene before staring assembly and then apply multiple layers of adhesive
6. Inflatable tubes are operated under strict temperature and humidity conditions(normal temperature is around 25-26ºC,and humidity could not over 70%RH)
7. Our warranty for pvc rib is 3 years and 5 years for hypalon rib
