Phlogopite mica tape for fire-resistant cable, a band(or coil)-shaped electrical and thermal insulation material, consists of the high quality phlogopite mica paper, bonded to supporting materials of non-alkaline glass fabric or polyethylene film, impregnated with high temperature resistant silicone resin.

Type B: Calcined mica tape
Calcined mica tape for fire-resistant cable is made of high quality calcined mica paper, alkali free glass fiber cloth for electrician, high temperature resistant silicone resin, baking, drying, cutting and processing at high temperature.
The mica tape has become the first choice of thermal insulation material for ship and nuclear cables with the characteristics of best fire resistance, low smoke and no halogen.
