1. Are you trading company or manufacturer?
We are manufacturer, and also provide the business solution to all the friends.
2. What's payment terms you accept?
The buyer make the 30% deposite,the 70% balance will be paid by TT within 7 days before delivery or the buyer open 100% irrevocable L/C at sight as the appointed bank of the seller.
3. What's the delivery time?
The seller will arrange shipment within 90working days once confirm the order.
4. How to install and debug the machine after arrival?
We will provide instructions and installation videos. If the Buyer needs engineers to install in the local area, the buyer should pay USD150 per day for subsidy of engineers and afford the charge of daliy life(including the daliy meal ,traffic and hotel) in the locus of buyer and return tickets from China to User's factory.
5. Does it easy to operate and what can i do if it doesn't work?
First ,our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man ,what you do is just learn some basic thing. And we will sent you manual and video ,we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself , and if there is something goes wrong , you can call us ,video-chat ,email us . And we will give solutions within 36 hrs .Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.
6. How long is your machine's warranty period?
Seller warrants the products for 13 months from the B/L date.
