Main Features
1. Container feeding station:Automatic and cups loading device,vertical type design, it can accommodate 500 capsules,Adopt air claw to feed capsule, stably and accurately. Machine use premade cup. Cup sensor "no cup no filling"
2. Capsules sensor ,if detect no capsules,no filling and no sealing.
3.Filling station: Provide automatic control of the weight through dosing system by means of very precise loading cells and the final weight of the capsule by PLC, adjust filling weight on the touscreen. 1 servo auger filler.
4.Foil station: .Die-cutting aluminum foil lids pick and place device,positioning lid on the top of capsule accurately,dispense lids from stacks,cannot move in the mold.
5. Heat sealing station: Pneumatically driven 1 heat seal foil device. 1 OMRON temperature control module ,adjust temperature on the command operation panel.
