Generally our moq is 2000pcs, but we accept lower quantity for your trial order.
Q2:Can I get water bottle samples?
Yes, we can provide you the existing sample free of charge. For samples with your own logo, we will charge a little sample cost, this cost is refundable when you sign PO with us.
Q3:How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want it with your own designs, it takes 5-7 days subject to your designs.
Q4:How long is the production lead time?
It takes 20days around for 3000pcs. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery even for large quantity.
Q5:What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer, so you can provide JPG, AI or PDF file. We will make 3D drawing for your confirming first.

Q8:What is your payment term?
30% T/T in advance after order confirmed, the balance need to be arranged before the delivery
