1. Customization: We offer over 200 colors for customization. For other colors, please send us small samples.
2. Quotation: To get a quotation for a project with quartz stone, please send us the drawing. We will communicate with you to understand your requirements and provide a detailed quotation.
3. MOQ and Color Mixing: Our MOQ is 30 pcs, and you can mix a maximum of 3 colors in one 20ft container. We can check stock availability for orders less than 30 pcs.
4. OEM Service: Yes, we offer OEM services by printing customer's Logo or company name.
5. Order Lead Time: The delivery time depends on the quantity and other orders in queue. Usually, we deliver within 30 days of order confirmation.
6. Payment Terms: Our payment terms are 30% T/T as a deposit and 70% T/T before loading the container.
