| The lifting platform shall include the following components | The frame platform shall be welded from high quality steel produced by Bao steel.The thickness of main panel ≥8mm high strength steel plate. The lower part of the main table shall be standard with no less than 8 12# I-beam (The exact size of the platform depends on the size of the platform)to strengthen, ensure the main strength of the table. |
| The tongue plate | The tongue plate shall be treated with high quality steel and not allowed to be spliced. Thickness shall be not less than 16mm high strength steel plate, and proper anti slip measures shall be taken. |
| Hydraulic system | (hydraulic power system, cylinder, control valve, seal) should use high quality products, system stability, low failure rate, easy maintenance, hydraulic system seals must use well-known products. |
| Surface | surface treated steel parts shall be subjected to strict shot peering, rust treatment and surface treatment. After spraying, the product shall be painted at least 4 times, and the primers shall not less than 2 times, paint film thickness shall not less than 0.1mm, spray paint should be drying treatment. |
| Safety precautions | The discharge platform shall be equipped with a full range of foot guard plates. The hydraulic system needs to be equipped with an emergency locking device to ensure that the forklift on the lifting platform does not fall during the course of the truck's sudden departure during loading. |
