1. Product Introduction
-A Liquid Cold Plate (LCP)is responsible for efficiently transferring heat from surfaces with high heat loads to the fluid used within a liquid cooling system. The performance of the liquid cold plate is critical in defining the overall effectiveness of a liquid system.
-Liquid Cooling Plate is a key technology used in electric vehicle battery systems, which mainlyserves to provide heat dissipation and temperature control for the battery system. The entireliquid cooling panel consists of multiple cooling panels with pipes spaced a certain distance apart,through which fluid circulates to dissipate heat from the battery module to the heat sinks.
-The liquid cooling plate is temperature controlled by the battery management system to furtherenhance the life and performance of the battery. During prolonged operation, the temperature ofthe battery continues to rise, with a consequent decrease in life and an increase in internalbattery damage.
