Product introduction
Kelupp high-speed maglev centrifugal blower adopts the direct-drive structure of high-speed (PMSM)permanent magnet synchronous motor, combining magnetic-bearings, high-speed PMSM and centrifugal impeller perfectly, compact structure, compared with the ordinary blower energy saving up to 40%.
Performance feature
(1)Maglev bearing
Kelupp magnetic suspension bearing is a newest bearing using magnetic force to achieve support, no-touch, no- lubrication sealing, lower-vibration, long life-cycle, low-maintenance fee etc.
Combined with international and domestic professional maglev suspension bearing design experts, amassing years of magnetic bearing experience, combined with high-speed turbo machinery rotor dynamics experience in many years, ensure that users are provided with efficient and stable magnetic bearings. Adopt independent research and developed active magnetic bearing control system (comply with ISO14839 international magnetic bearing standard) and efficient variable frequency drive.
(2) High-speed permanent magnet motor
High-speed motor adopts (PMSM) permanent magnet synchronous motor. The software and hardware of the drive frequency converter are developed for each type of motor, and the reactor or filter is optimized to match. The efficiency of the motor and frequency converter is higher than 97%, ensuring the motor stable operation at low temperature and high efficiency.
(4) Air-cooling technology
Kelupp blower uses coaxial air-cooling technology, and no additional cooling system is required. The flow-channel design of the cooling system is reasonable and the structure is reliable. This cooling design can ensure that the blower in a variety of environments and working conditions still maintain reliable performance, more energy saving and reliable.
(5) Aerodynamic system
Kelupp manufacturer have over ten years of turbo-machinery development and design experience. Each series of impeller designed by Kelupp blower factory has been tested for a long time to ensure that its aerodynamic performance is efficient and reliable, then our impeller efficiency can reach up to 87% or more. The frequency-conversion network section mode is adopted, the guide vane adjustment is canceled, the starting current is smaller, then the blower can be adjusted in a wider range.
(6) Maintenance-free
Integrated-design, skid structure, easy installation, one-click start-stop. Daily operation, mechanical maintenance free , just replace or clean the filter only.
(7) Energy saving
Kelupp high-speed permanent magnet motor is directly driven by the high-efficiency three-dimensional flow impeller, which saves more than 30% energy than the ordinary Roots blower, also over 20% energy than the multi-stage centrifugal blower.
(8) Quite
Kelupp factory adopt auto-balancing technology, the vibration of magnetic levitation gas bearing is one order of magnitude smaller than the conventional bearings, there is no mechanical friction. Meanwhile , the active vibration reduction design is adopted, stable operation and the hosting vibration is small. Fan noise is around 80dB(a).
(9) Intelligent-control,
Adjust the rotate-speed according to the requirements of working conditions to achieve the adjustment of pressure and flow. The blower has surge prediction and anti-surge function, which saves more power for users, also can better protects the host, and can realize remote monitoring.

Magnetic suspension blower impeller adopts three-dimensional flow back-bending design, working-range widely, variable efficiency up to 95%, impeller adopts high-strength Aero aluminum material, light weight and small moment of inertia. In order to ensure the life-cycle of the impeller, we used CAE finite element analysis in the design, the materials pass the 100% flaw detection, with the 115% over-speed test after the processing is completed to ensure the safety and reliability during the life-cycle.(4) Air-cooling technology
