Advantages of our handcycle:
Safety: Dual Disc brake - provide braking force;
Hand brake lock- when you parked on a slope, it can stop the wheelchair from reversing.
The battery we used are import 18650 cells.
There is LCD display can set Lever1-3 with forwarder function, and Lever-1 with reverse function.

Q: Does your handcycle fit all wheelchair ?
A: Our handcycle fit almost all normal wheelchair, it can attach the wheelchair tube with dimension between 18mm~33mm. If you are not sure , pls send us photo of your wheelchair, we shall be glad to check details for you.
Q: After I receive parcel, do i need to do something?
A: This is a 95% assembled product. We will send manual together with package, including necessary tools. and you can find video on youtube, just type "cnebikes" to search.
Q: How many hours can go per charge?
A: There's 8ah/10.4ah/11.6ah/14ah batteries for you choosing. The larger the battery capacity, the longer the mileage. Normally if with 11.6ah battery, it will go about 1.2hours per charge, about 30km.
Q: Is the lithium battery rechargeable? If so, do I need to purchase a separate battery charger?
A: Yes,It is. you needn't purchase a separate battery charger, it will be sent to you with the battery together. In order to avoid mistake, sometimes we will confirm with you about the charge plug used in your country.
Q: How often do I have to charge the battery?
A: The battery can be recharged even if they aren't completely empty, so you can recharge your battery whenever it is convenient for you.
Q: Can i take it on plane?
A: It can be taken on plane with battery removed. But as our knowledge, batteries below 8ah can be accepted by some airlines. We'd like to suggest you confirm with your airline if necessary.
Q: What's the max loading of this product?
A: In general, the products are designed to carry up to 100kg, with heavier weights, the motor power on inclined and start-ups will not be optimal, and the range will be reduced
Q: Is their licence or document requirement when i use or sell it?
A: It is health care product, no special documents needed for you importing and using. And we have CE certification.
