We provide life-cycle service for each and every of our product and ship repair parts to customers worldwide immediately upon request.
The warranty is 12 months from the delivery date.

A: We are factory located in Hebei province, China and we have a professional foreign trade team at your service around the clock.
Q2. Can I order a sample to check your quality?
A: Yes for sure. Our MOQ is 1 piece and we charge only a little more than production price.
Q3. How long can I expect to get the sample?
A: If we have stock, we can ship out within 5 business days after receipt of your full payment. If we are out of stock, the production takes about 20 days.
Q4. Can you do OEM and ODM for us?

Q5. How long is your production time?
A: Generally for Non-OEM orders, our lead time is 20-25 days and 35-45 days for OEM orders.
Q6. What is your warranty?
A: We provide lifetime guarantee for our products and the warranty is 12 months. During warranty period, we provide repair parts free of charge and online instructions by video-call. If your problem can not be solved, we will send engineer over to your destination.
