The machine use the pump to pull the fresh fowl manure, cow dung, etc. into dewater equipment , the material through the screen and then press by the screw , the rotary speed of the machine can reach 45r/min , within the press of the screen and high rotary speed , the material will be dewatered by the machine , and the water will enter into the pool through screen. After this machine, water contain in manure is less than30- 35%. The final product solid manure can be used as fertilizer directly.

1, What is the dimension of separator cylinder diameter and length, screen mesh size? 

a, Outside Separator cylinder Diameter 370mm, max part will be 400mm And length 1.meters
b, Screen cylinder Diameter: 290mm length:450 mm
c, Screen mesh size: 0.55mm better size. (we can make screen mesh size according to your requiryment)

    1--3 meters

3, What is best pool dimension. should we execute as round or cubic ?
    Diameter: 2.5meters
   Depth:1.5-2meters
   Round or cubic both ok. 

4, What is concentration of Manure with water for inlet feed ?
    Concentration of manure: 30%-40% is the best condition. also 10%-20% is also ok to be processed.

5, What is solid content of outlet separated water ?
    Solid content :55%-70%
