NianDa T7 Air Quench Heat Treatment Line is mainly applied for solution, air quench and aging heat treatment for Aluminum AlloyHeat Treat Data for reference, all NianDa furnaces are customized for each project.

Working temperature of solid solution furnace chamber :460-550C adjustable.
Maximum design heat-resistant temperature of aging furnace:350ºC.
Aging furnace chamber working temperature :180-350C adjustable.
