Papermaking machine roll is a major component of paper machinery, mainly including chilled roll, oil heating roll, steam heating roll, rubber roll, calendar roll and mirror roll.
The roll body, made of quality alloy such as nickel, chrome, molybdenum and quality pig iron, is smelted by electric furnace and casted by composite centrifugal casting technology. The shaft material adopts fine carbon structural steel, quenched and tempered, to ensure the mechanical property. After refined machining production, dynamic balance test, it ensures the rotational balance and reduces noise.
Graphite paper roll, mainly used for manufacturing ordinary graphite sheet and ultrathin graphite paper, is an ideal production equipment.
