The serial rollers are produced with double-layer compound centrifugal casting skill, machined by numerical control equipment, and tested by advanced quality monitoring & control equipment, with ex-layer of roller made fo excellent alloy, such as high chromium, nickel and molybdenum alloys and the in-layer made of spheroidal graphite cast iron and the roller shaft is made of 40Cr by thermal refining, which is smelted in advance medium-frequency furnace. The rollers are of a lot of advantages, such as high rigidity, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, hot-cracking resistance, stripping resistance and durability(for repeated rolling and using).
