APPLICATION
The NJP-400C is a filling and closing machine for hard gelatine capsules. The machine is suitable for a wide variety of even the most difficult products. Due to its modular structure the machine can fill capsules with powder and pellets in different combinations.
The machine has a small footprint, cleaning and size change can be effected fast and easy. Operation is uncomplicated, effected via the touch screen of the integrated control cabinet.

2. Capsule vacuum positioned mechanism to make the capsule qualified over 99%.
3. Large cam mechanism keeps the rotating table of mould together with the whole equipment running with balance, and completely guarantees the machine operating with highest precision and accuracy.
4.The intelligent module of human-machine interface can realize the function of auto diagnosing,monitoring,alarm & stop running in case of filling material shortage, capsule shortage, material passing way block, mechanical failure, etc
