TL3000, Non Asbestos Gear Teeth Facing For Industrial Brake/ Clutch System, is a Non Asbestos Woven Laminated Sheet with exceedingly high hardness and strength. The material is woven from Kevlar and other synthetic fabric yarns containing brass wire. After being impregnated with special resin and pressed into rigid flat sheet, the material shows outstandingly good resistance to wear and compression and excellent stability.
TL3000 is a heavy duty material extensively used in oil drilling and wind power industry. It can be installed in industrial brake and clutch system, power transmission system and electric magnetic brake engine.
TL3000 can be processed into gear-shaped brake parts due to its high hardness and strength.
We intruduced the advanced production technology and equipment from USA and made the first non asbestos woven brake lining in China. Also We are the one and the only produce the non asbestos laminated friction material in China. Our products are inspected under SAE J661a test method standard and already obtained certifications from China Classification Society (CCS) and Germanischer Lloyd (GL), and our quality management system are supported by ISO 9001:2008 and IATF 16949.
