Fixed Water Level Control Altitude Valve

When water level rises to top height, water level in small water tank slowly declines as users consume water from it. When water level declines to a preset level, this valve will open to fill water into the small tank.
It helps to prevent whirlpool and avoids mechanical problems from too frequent on&off movement if valve opens whenever level declines just a little.
