I.USE
This coating machine is made by advanced gluing coating technology from abroad and combining with our many years' experience in producing coating machine.It is suitable for paper cup special glue coating products.
II.Performance and Characteristics:
1.The whole machine is controlled by 2-variable frequency motor, and the tension (glue coating and traction) of the whole machine is controlled by floating mode, so as to improve the reliability of the tension of the whole machine.
2.The feeding rack is independent and adopts magnetic powder automatic tension control.
3.Comma coating method, uniform coating, coating thickness adjustable.
4.The oven is 10 meters divided into 5 sections to control temperature independently.The heating adopts electric heating cycle heating.The hot air enters the drying system, and the adjustable internal circulation suction and exhaust device.The air intake and exhaust are strong and dry thoroughly.
5.The inner guide wheel of the oven is synchronized with the main engine, and the transmission is sprocket drive type, which reduces material tension and deformation, and manually opens and closes the oven and the operating platform for film piercing, so as to facilitate workers' operation.
6.The tension between the rubber-coated roll and the traction steel rod is synchronized by the floating swing arm type.
7.Automatic Meter Speed Control Device.
8.Web guide with PLC and sensor controlling, so the rewinding is perfect.
9.Shuttlecock-type air shaft is used for rewinding and unwinding, which is convenient and fast for loading and unloading paper rolls.
