This machine single cylinder double doffer fiber carding machine for non woven fabric. And it is for fully carding the fiber bat following opening and blending, then forming parallel or random web through doffer and random if required, which is then supplied to the next processes. 

• The machine adopts four-roller feeding structure, adapting to polyester, polypropylene and other chemical fibers also adapt to some natural fibers carded into the net.
• Cast iron frame with round wall plate, stable structure
• The sheet metal cover shell laser underfeed CNC bending, using closed shield, organic glass window, beautiful and generous, cover shell cylinder lift, convenient and safe.
• All transmission parts with phosphating anti-rust treatment, phosphating color uniform black, strong adhesion does not lose color.
• base 600mm high, 300H steel for the base; both sides of the anti-skid plate maintenance walking platform, convenient for daily maintenance and repair.
• With suction side fan and metal detection device.
• The bearings adopt domestic famous brand, Dongguan TR bearings (with shell) / Torrington bearings (rolling bearings)
• The roller shaft head is finely turned and finely ground, and the computer balancing machine does static/ dynamic balancing, controlling the mobilization within 0.03-0.05mm.
•  Work rollers are controlled by separate motor, according to the difference of celing and raw material, adjust the speed of work rollers, so that the fiber gets the best combing.
• Motor adopts red flag motor, reducer adopts Shengbang reducer, factory direct supply, quality assurance.
