Needle punched nonwoven Geotextiles are made of polyester in random directions and punched together by needles. Zhongloo Geotextiles has good impermeability and resistance to deformation, which allows geotextiles be widely applied in civil projects for separation,filtration,reinforcement, protection, drainage, and etc.The main features of the Zhonglu geotextile:
1) High flat drainage and vertical permeability
2) Resistant to the erosion of chemical substances in the soil and the corrosion of gasoline, diesel, etc.
High temperature resistance up to 230ºC maintains structural stability and original physical properties
3) High elongation under certain stress, can adapt to uneven and irregular base surface
4) High creep resistance
5) UV resistant
6) Convenient construction: Because the material is light and soft, it is convenient for delivery, laying and construction.
The main raw materials of geotextiles produced by Anhui Zhonglu are polyester (PET) and polypropylene (PP). There are two production processes: one is filament spunbond needle-punched geotextile made of polyester; the other is filament spunbond needle-punched geotextile. The other is staple fiber needle punched geotextile, which can be made from polyester and polypropylene. Product specifications cover 100g/m2- 800g/m2. Geotextiles have good mechanical properties: excellent permeability, filterability and adaptability to deformation. It meets customer functional requirements for corrosion resistance, aging resistance, isolation, drainage, protection and enhancement.

Product Application
