Non Woven cloth/Nonwoven Fabric/Non-woven fabric is made of PP,PET,polymer,Polymer non-woven fabric is a new type of fiber product with soft, breathable, and flat structure, which is directly made of polymer chips, short fibers or filaments, and formed through various fiber mesh forming methods and bonding techniques.The raw material composition of non-woven fabric is roughly as follows: 63% is polypropylene, 23% is polyester, 8% is adhesive, 2% is acrylic fiber, 15% is polyamide, and the remaining fibers are other fibers. They are then melted at high temperature, spun, woven, and hot rolled in a continuous one-step process.

Feature:
1.PP non-woven fabric has a high temperature resistance of around 200 degrees, while PET has a temperature resistance of around 290 degrees. PET is more resistant to high temperatures than PP. Tensile force, tension, load-bearing capacity, with the same weight, PET has greater tensile force, tension, and load-bearing capacity than PP.
2,PP raw materials are cheap, PET raw materials are expensive, and PP waste can be recycled in the furnace. PET cannot be recycled, so the cost of PP is slightly lower. Non woven fabric printing, heat transfer effect, same wide width PP shrinkage, PET shrinkage small, PET effect better, PET more economical and less waste. From an environmental perspective, PP non-woven fabric is made entirely of new polyester chips due to the doping of recycled PP waste. PET is more environmentally friendly and hygienic than PP.
