Q1: What are the trade terms?
Basically we ship in FOB, but other solutions are available if you have special requirements.
Q2: What's the product warranty?
We will provide 2 years quality warranty.
Q3:What are the payment terms?
1. T/T 30% deposit upon order confirmation and balance T/T 70% before shipment
2. Irrevocable L/C at sight
Q4:What's the delivery time?
Generally, it takes about 14-21days for shipping with standard size orders. For the customized orders, it takes about 5-7 weeks. You can also contact our sales for more details, our sales will give you a certain answer according to your quantity and Item number.
Q5:Can I get a sample before mass order?
Surely you can, we offer the sample by the basic cost of making the sample, and will return all the cost of the sample when you place Mass order to the factory.
