Hose pump is designed based on the principle that rubber hose can be extruded deformation and restore to original design.
Two shoes mounted at 180ºC on a rotating wheel compress a reinforced rubber hose that contains a fluid to be pumped.
The compression of the hose by the rotating shoes creats continuous suction at the inlet of the pump and pushed the fluid to the outlet of the pump.
The pump casing contains a lubricant that reduces friction and ensures the best pump performance with minimum maintenance.

The hose is made of high quality polymer rubber, reinforced by 4-6 layers of nylon wire, with good durability and longer service life.
Pump cover is made of high quality ductile iron, and coated with polyurethane, to make it resistant to specific corrosive situations.
Adopt coaxial deceleration motor, and pump rotor mounted on the protruding shaft of deceleration machine, compact structure and save space.
Optimized design in pinch roller, make it gentle to hose, to improve the service life of hose.

Hydrostatic pressure test:
Hydrostatic pressure test based on clean water at ambient temperature,test pressure is 1.5 times on design pressure.
Performance test:
Measurement according to ISO9906,accuracy class∥,acceptance class2B.
NPSH test:
According to ISO5199 standard.
Vibration test:
According to ISO5199,vibration lightness level is controlled at class A.
Temperature test:
Test the temperature rise of bearing,and keep records.
Raw material inspect:
Spare and casting parts inspection,to ensure the reliability of the whole machinery.
