Product Description
Spinning finish for polyester filament FDY.
< General character > 1. Appearance (25 ºC): yellowish transparent liquid.
2. Ph value (1% aqueous solution): 6.0-8.0.
3. Active ingredient: 90.0 ±2.0%.
4. Ionic type: cationic / Nonionic.
Oil composition refined mineral oil, synthetic smoothing agent, Nonionic surfactant, anionic surfactant.
< usage > this oil agent is prepared into an emulsion of 10: 15%, and the precursor is oiled by nozzle oiling in the spinning
process.
Recommended oiling rate: 0.3-0.4%.
< emulsion blending > 1. Add 300-500PPM preservatives to fully stirred deionized water.
Stir evenly for 10-20 minutes.
2. Slowly add POY oil while stirring. After the oil is completely dissolved, continue stirring for 30 minutes and 60 minutes.
3. Recommended temperature conditions: oil temperature 2030 ºC, water temperature 2530 ºC.
Allowable temperature conditions: oil temperature 20-40 ºC, water temperature 20-40 ºC.
4. Water quality: below 2ps/cm is recommended and below 10us/cm is allowed.
< packing and storage > 180kg plastic buckets. Transport according to non-toxic and non-dangerous goods with a storage life of one year.
