1.Application:
Suitable for twisted wire & parallel wire single-layer or double-layer concentric taping or wrapping.
2.Machine Features:
1) High productivity: high rotate speed, the production efficiency is 2.5 times than traditional type.
2) Tension steady: utomatic calculation tracking and keep constant from start to end, no need any artificial adjustment. 3) Pithch accurate: Overlap set on touch screen which controlled by PLC to keep the pitch more accurate.
4) Good traversing efficiency: traversing by moving shaft, traversing space and pitch can be adjusted according to customer's requirement. 5) Superior quality: the passing rate is 100% in manufacturing process for high-frequency wire, such as HDMI, DP, ATA, SATA, SAS etc.
