Nylon 6 Monofilament, also known as Polyamide Monofilament, with adipic acid and hexamethy diamine or caprolactam forms through the polycondensation reaction and melt spinning synthetic filament, strength is more than 3.7~4.2Cn/Dtex.Nylon Monofilament could be used to produce elastic yarn which is featured with best strength and wear resistance among all fibers.
Application: The fabric which is blended or interwoven with Nylon filament or Nylon and other staple fibers have typical characteristics and strength of those blended fibers. In civil field, this yarn could be blended or pure spun into various medical products and knitwear, such as single-fiber stockings, elastic stockings, all kinds of wear-resistant nylon stocks, nylon scarf, mosquito nets, nylon lace, stretch nylon coat, different nylon silk or interwoven silk products, Nylon rope, Ribbon, fishing fiber, fastener, brush, wedding dress and window screening or voile,etc.
