Characteristics and uses
1. This oil agent has good smoothness, can reduce the friction of fibers during high-speed spinning, reduce broken ends and filaments during spinning, and has good spinnability.
2. The oil emulsion has stable performance and good wettability, and can be oiled quickly and evenly during the spinning process.
3. The oil has good heat resistance, antistatic properties and binding properties.
4. The oil agent has good compatibility with the slurry used in general water-jet looms, and can ensure the integrity of the slurry film and the strength of the slurry film.

4. How to use
1. Recommended emulsion oiling concentration: 5% to 15% (based on active ingredients).
2. Recommended oiling rate: 0.6~1.0%.
3. Emulsion preparation: Add a measured amount of TPAF-80 oil to the stirred deionized water (20-30°C), and continue stirring for 40 minutes to make it emulsified evenly before use.
Note: In winter, the oil needs to be fully balanced indoors before use.
5. Packaging and storage
Packed in drums 180kg/drum and stored indoors at room temperature.
