A: Samples can be provided to you. Please contact us for details. Once we charge you a sample fee of 50-150 USD, rest assured that this will be refunded when you place a formal order.
Q: How long do we have to wait to get the sample?
A: It usually takes 3-5 days to make a sample. The time for shipping the sample is 1-3 days.
Q: What shipping methods are available?
A: We offer options such as sea freight express, China express, and other express shipping methods. Please contact us if you need another shipping route.

A: The delivery time depends on the quantity you order. It usually takes 1-4 weeks.
Q: Some products are missing from my package, what can I do?
