How air conditioning system works? Here's a simplified explanation:
-Compression: The compressor plays a crucial role in the refrigeration cycle. It receives low-pressure, low-temperature refrigerant gas from the evaporator (inside the car) and compresses it to high pressure and high temperature.
-Condensation: The compressed refrigerant then flows to the condenser, where it releases heat to the outside air and condenses into a high-pressure liquid.
-Expansion: The high-pressure liquid refrigerant passes through an expansion valve or orifice tube, reducing its pressure and temperature as it enters the evaporator.
-Evaporation: Inside the evaporator, the low-pressure, low-temperature refrigerant absorbs heat from the cabin air, causing it to evaporate and turn into a gas again.
-Return to Compressor: The refrigerant gas returns to the compressor to restart the cycle.
