Q1. What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your payment term?
T/T 30% as deposit, balance before shipment. Or L/C at sight.
Q3. What is your terms of deliver?
EXW, FOB, CIF.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
Most of our products are in stock. Our delivery time is one week for air order after receiving full payment, 3 weeks for Sea(Container) order after receiving 30% payment.
Q5. What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
