1.How can I get some samples?
1).We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost. The samples are free for you; this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
2). Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI(remote pick-up) service upon FEDEX, UPS, DHL ,TNT to have the samples collected or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
2. How long is shipping time?
30 days after receiving deposit.
3. Do you have after sale service?
Yes, if any problems occur when you get the goods, please take photo, we will be responsible.
4.Do you have OEM service?
We can provide OEM service, we can design color box and out carton according to your require and print your Logo on the package. We also can offer design for you.
5.About the payment terms
We prefer T/T 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shipment.
