Hot Processing Division: owns 1 set of 15t electric arc furnace, 2 sets of 5t electric arc furnaces, and 1 set of 30t LF refining furnace. It can provide 130t ordinary molten steel and 60t refined molten steel at one time. The net weight of a single casting can reach 75t. 1 set of VD/VOD VC vacuum refining furnace, can be vacuum blowing oxygen decarburization chromium preservation, heating, argon stirring, vacuum degassing, slagging, alloying and other operations, provide 30t vacuum degassing molten steel and 30t stainless molten steel, suitable for stainless steel, industrial pure iron, precision alloy, superalloy and alloy structural steel smelting. Especially the smelting of ultra-low carbon stainless steel and alloy steel. With the maximum loading capacity of 200t automatic temperature control annealing kiln, ceramic electric heating annealing device and other heat treatment equipment, suitable for large kiln grinding castings and cylinder heat treatment process. Has 4×12m CNC gantry milling machine, Φ200 CNC boring and milling machine, Φ5000 CNC vertical lathe, Φ1~Φ8m vertical lathe, Φ5×16m floor lathe, Φ2 ~ 8m gear hobbing machine and other complete kinds of processing equipment, and has full automatic submerged arc welding, CO2 gas shielded welding, argon arc welding and other welding equipment, weld quality reaches level II or above, meet the production requirements of all types of kiln grinding cylinder with Φ7m or less.
