Our facilities boast a state-of-the-art CNC machining center, CNC wire cutting machines, and advanced quality testing equipment. Q: What kind of information do you need to provide a quote?
A: Please supply the product 2D/3D drawings in formats such as PDF, XLSX, INDOX, JPG, etc.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery times depend on your specific items, but generally range from 2-3 weeks.
Q: What should we do if we don't have drawings?
A: Send us your sample so we can create a copy or offer better solutions. Additionally, provide pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width). We can generate CAD or 3D files upon order placement.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: For smaller values, we require 100% payment in advance via T/T or Western Union. For larger orders, we accept 50% T/T in advance and the remaining balance before shipment.
Q: If you produce poor quality goods, will you refund?
A: We strictly control quality. In the rare event of a quality issue, we will either replace the goods or provide a refund.
Q: What are the shipping methods?
A: Normally, we use DHL, FedEx, UPS, or *** for shipping. Larger shipments can be transported by air or sea.
