1.Excellent wear resistance:
HSS contains a large amount of carbon and a variety of alloying elements (e.g. tungsten, molybdenum, chromium, vanadium, etc.), which give HSS an extremely high degree of hardness and wear resistance. Even when cutting hard materials at high temperatures, HSS stays sharp and does not wear easily.
2.Excellent red hardness:
Red hardness is the ability of a material to maintain its hardness at high temperatures. HSS has excellent red-hardness and maintains its cutting ability at high temperatures above 600°C, which makes HSS ideal for the manufacture of high-speed cutting tools.
3.Good toughness:
Despite the high hardness, high-speed steel still retains good toughness, can withstand greater impact and vibration in the cutting process, is not easy to fracture or chipping situation.
4.Resistance to high temperature oxidation:
High-speed steel contains chromium and vanadium and other elements, these elements form an oxide film can effectively protect the steel from oxidation at high temperatures, so that it maintains stable performance in high-temperature cutting.
5.Easy to grind and regrind:

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 10-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could provide samples for you, but freight cost by you, if samples value is too high, also must pay us samples fee.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: If payment is small, must by TT 100%, and buyer bear bank charges. If payment is big, 30%-50% in advance can accpet L/C, but if by L/C, price will be higher, so please let me know your terms at first.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A : At first can be small quantity for your test as your request. More quantity, more discount.
