This is our customized rubber products, we can produce the rubber products you need according to your drawings or samples, our rubber products include valve core gasket, hydraulic and pneumatic seal, new energy vehicle connector seal, automobile gearbox seal, dust-proof and waterproof seal, etc.
We use hydraulic press and molding technology to make precise rubber products. For new product, we will build a new mold first, then produce rubber products. After they are formed, we will separate them and carry out quality inspection. Then packing after removing defective products.
As we use molding technology, the mold is the mold is fixed, so we can control the dimension of products very precisely. The minimum tolerance of our products can be ±0.08mm.
Our production process: Raw Material IQC→Mixing→Semi-finished→Cutting→Forming→Formed→Quality→Packing
Our materials have excellent elasticity, wear resistance and tensile resistance, and they all have ROHS, RACH, PAHS Certification.
