A: Send your sample to our factory, and we can either replicate it or provide better solutions. You can also send us pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width). A CAD or 3D file will be created for you upon order placement.

A: For small amounts, we require 100% advance payment by T/T or Western Union. For larger orders, 50% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment.
